Account Registration & Management
Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the vt99 support team immediately.
Identity Verification
vt99 reserves the right to verify a member's identity (KYC) at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in the temporary suspension of the account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on vt99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support only the following approved payment methods:

Deposit Terms
Deposited funds must come from the member's own account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawal Process
Once a withdrawal request is submitted, vt99 typically processes it within 1 hour. Occasionally, additional verification may be required, which could take slightly longer.
Currency & Tax
All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka. The member is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or levies.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
vt99 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳26,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
Bonus Usage Rules
Every bet placed using bonus funds will count toward the wagering requirement. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
Abuse Prevention
If vt99 suspects abuse or fraud of the bonus system, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus on the relevant account and conduct an investigation. In any bonus-related dispute, vt99's decision will be considered final.
VIP Program & Cashback
The vt99 VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vt99 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of someone else.
- Fraudulently exploiting bonuses or promotional offers (including bonus arbitrage).
- Hacking, manipulating, or using automated tools on any platform software or gameplay.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
- Playing on behalf of a minor (under 21) or assisting them in creating an account.
- Harassing, threatening, or providing misleading information to other members.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.

vt99 may temporarily suspend any account during an investigation if a breach of Terms is detected or suspicious activity is identified. If a breach is confirmed through the investigation, the account will be permanently closed.
Closure at Member's Request
A member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed.
Service Changes
vt99 reserves the right to add or remove any games, payment methods, or features. Advance notice of such changes will be provided where possible, though this may not always be feasible.
